Transport connections

Naantali is easy to reach by land, sea or air.

As Naantali is located on the coast, the majority of people come from the direction of Turku. The journey from Turku to Naantali takes about 15 min by car or approx 40 min by bus.

By bus

There are several bus lines from Turku to Naantali and vice versa. The buses depart from and arrive at the market square in Turku. For the timetables and ticket information, check FÖLI - Turku Region Traffic.

Naantali is also easily and directly accessible from Helsinki with the OnniBus service, even several times a day. For timetables and ticket sales go to 

By rail

The nearest railway station is in Turku. If coming from Helsinki, it is best to alight at Kupittaa station and take the no. 32 or no. 42 bus to the Turku market square and continue on FÖLI buses from there (check link above).

By ferry: Finland-Sweden-Finland

1. Kapellskär (Sweden) - Långnäs (Åland) - Naantali  v.v.

Car ferries operates all year round up to three times a day between Sweden and Finland. To and from Åland islands there is one departure from Monday to Friday. For detailed timetables and reservations, please check Finnlines' website.

2. Stockholm (Sweden) - Åland - Turku - Åland - Stockholm
